I ordered some products from kalyx.com because they had a large selection of herbs. About 24 hours after placing the order, I got an email with an order status update that stated one of the products I had ordered was not in stock, and to reply to the email with any questions. I replied to that email asking if I could replace the out of stock item with one in stock. Never got a reply. So I tried again. Still no reply. Weeks went by. Finally, my order was shipped but the out of stock item was not included. I received this package almost an entire month from when I first ordered it. Then I finally got an email from them asking if I wanted to replace the out of stock item with something else. I said yes, but was charged extra shipping for this separate package, which was their fault in the first place that it was not in stock and they didn't get back to me in a timely matter about a replacement. So, I had to pay $8 shipping for a tiny bottle of herbs. This in addition to the first package. They should have shipped the second package free because it wasn't my fault, instead they charged me for that. After that and after it took so long for me to get my orders, in addition to poor customer service, I will not be using kalyx.com again.
